Only a year has passed since beginning of construction of the Center of health and family rest of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza”. A twelve-storey building of the hotel for 201 rooms has been already rising on the coast in trimming forests.
The building of the hotel, which highest point reaches over 50 meters, has been raised to the projected height. Its outer lining is underway. From facade side, the walls have been practically fully faced with white marble. Electric and sanitary engineering works are carried out. Communication cables are laid. The space in basement and 13th technical floor has been prepared for installation with the systems of communication, elevator equipment, life support system of the building. Finishing works are carried out on all floors – in VIP zones on the 11th and 12th floors; from the 3rd up to the 10th floors which include rooms and two lower floors intended for the management and infrastructure of recreation and entertainment.
The health complex occupies the territory of 15.36 hectares. It should be arranged and accomplished the recreational space, where summer café-bar under hipped roof, playgrounds and swimming pools, grounds for tennis court, volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer, two car parks – for personnel and clients of the hotel will appear. The walkway, which will join the hotel with the sea pier, will be led to the beach provided with the shower stalls, beach beds, deck chairs and picturesque canopies.
The health resort is equipped with solid set of life support systems. A series of ferroconcrete reservoirs correspondingly for fire-prevention needs, watering of green plantations and drinking water was hidden under ground. The construction of the facilities for biological sewage treatment with water distiller of reverse osmosis is under completion. The boiler house, transformer and reserve – diesel stations are ready for erection of equipment.
As managers of the contractor-company consider, the pace of construction works allows completing the project ahead of contracted terms by three months.
