Turkmenistan is implementing large-scale projects to explore, develop, and increase hydrocarbon production, as well as process and deliver them to consumers.

The Seydi Oil Refinery Plant, located in the Lebap velayat, makes a significant contribution to the development of one of the priority sectors of the national economy – the oil and gas industry. Thanks to the implementation of key investment projects and extensive modernisation of facilities in recent years, the company has managed to significantly increase the volume and quality of its products, which are in demand on global markets.

The indicators achieved since the beginning of 2026 have become a clear confirmation of the effectiveness of the work. To date, the plant has processed 96.8 thousand tons of oil and produced 44.1 thousand tons of gasoline of various grades. The growth rate of production of this valuable fuel compared to the same period last year was 102.1%, which indicates the clear organisation of work processes.

High results were also recorded in other segments: 24 thousand tons of diesel fuel were produced (an increase of 105%), and the output of liquefied petroleum gas reached 15.9 thousand tons. The last indicator is worth noting separately: the volume of LPG production increased by 11.5 thousand tons, which is 2.6 times higher than the results of the same period last year. Since the beginning of this year, the plant has also produced 4.1 thousand tons of petroleum bitumen. These achievements were made possible by the favourable conditions created by the President of Turkmenistan for productive work and rest for industry specialists.
