On April 11, 2026, a mass inclusive run over various distances dedicated to Europe Day will take place in Ashgabat.

The event is organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan in cooperation with the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports and the Ashgabat City Khakimlik, with the support of the Run-Rush public movement, which brings together professional athletes, amateur runners, and citizens in a shared spirit of unity, health, and friendship.

All race routes will be laid out around Independence Park.

Children under the age of 16 are allowed to participate in the 2 km run if accompanied by adults, while participants aged 16 and older may take part in the 5 km and 10 km races.

“Whether you are an experienced runner or simply want to spend an active and joyful morning with friends and family, this event is a great opportunity to come together in a spirit of friendship,” noted the organizers.

Winners and active participants will receive prizes and commemorative gifts.

Preliminary offline registration will take place at Hiroo Ashgabat café (9th microdistrict) and at a pet store (150 Magtymguly Avenue) on April 7–8 from 16:00 to 20:00.

Participants are required to present an identification document for registration.
