The International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev has announced that it will hold Open Days for all those wishing to enroll in the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year.

Meetings with prospective students will take place at the university in the capital as well as at its branch in the city of Balkanabat in the Balkan velayat on April 22 and May 6 at 3:00 PM.

During the Open Days, the university invites all interested young citizens of the country—graduates of secondary and secondary vocational educational institutions, attendees of training centers, military personnel, and working youth.

University representatives will introduce guests to the organization of the educational process, academic and extracurricular activities, cultural programs, and sports opportunities.

Applicants will receive detailed information about the implementation of state programs for the development of science and education at the university, fields of study and specialties offered, as well as the conditions created for successful learning and comfortable living.

Visitors will also be offered guided tours of classrooms, the Information Technology Center, and laboratories for practical training equipped with modern technologies that meet international standards.
