Noting that Turkmenistan highly values its friendly relations with the People's Republic of China and attaches great importance to the further development of bilateral strategic and comprehensive cooperation, which are traditionally based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and consideration of mutual interests, the President of Turkmenistan expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, Turkmen-Chinese interstate relations and strategic partnership will continue to be consistently strengthened and filled with new content for the benefit of the peoples of our countries.
