A solemn seminar marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in the capital of Turkmenistan. The event brought together prominent government and public figures, as well as members of the diplomatic corps.

Particular interest was generated by the address of the guest of honor, Chinar Rustemova, Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO. In her speech, she highly praised China's historical development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and outlined the key areas of Turkmen-Chinese cooperation.

As Ch. Rustemova emphasized, modern China is rightfully recognized as one of the world's leading industrial powers. She noted that this achievement is founded on strong discipline, exceptional diligence, and deeply rooted traditions of collectivism.

"The interests of society always take precedence over individual interests, while the success of each person is regarded as the success of the entire community. All of these values form the foundation of the humane policies pursued by the Communist Party of China, in which people are placed above all else," stated the speaker.

For more than a century, the Communist Party of China has successfully implemented large-scale socioeconomic reforms. Their principal outcome has been a significant improvement in the quality of life of the country's population of more than one billion people and China's transformation into a global technological leader.

Acting as the architect of China's foreign policy, the Party has launched major international initiatives aimed at promoting a multipolar world order. A central element of this strategy is the Belt and Road Initiative, which seeks to build a community with a shared future for humanity.

Turkmenistan not only supports these initiatives but also actively participates in their practical implementation. This cooperation is built upon the close alignment of the two countries' geo-economic interests.

Ch. Rustemova recalled the landmark statement made by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, regarding the alignment of the contemporary initiatives "Revival of the Great Silk Road" and the "Belt and Road Initiative."

As Hero-Arkadag has previously emphasized, Turkmenistan's national concept for reviving the Great Silk Road in a modern format is fully aligned, both substantively and philosophically, with China's Belt and Road Initiative. Both ambitious projects are based on the principles of mutually beneficial partnership, the restoration of historic trade routes, and the transformation of the Eurasian region into a major financial and logistics hub. The implementation of these initiatives directly contributes to addressing social challenges, improving quality of life, and enhancing the prosperity of the peoples of the region.

At the present stage, Turkmenistan and China continue to demonstrate an exemplary level of bilateral cooperation. The foundation of these achievements is the exceptionally high degree of political trust between the leadership of the two countries, enabling them to build long-term strategic relations for the benefit of the peoples of both nations.
