Continuing the meeting, Senator Steve Daines emphasized the active interaction between the two states within the framework of the UN. Noting the special importance attached by Hero-Arkadag to the development of sports, in particular golf, the guest emphasized that there are a great number of enthusiasts of this sport in the US.

During the exchange of views on the priorities of Turkmen-American cooperation, the trade and economic sphere was identified as one of the main directions of the partnership. In this context, the great contribution of the Turkmenistan–US Business Council to the realization of the economic potential of both countries was noted. At the same time, emphasis was placed on the fact that for many years, major American companies such as Boeing, General Electric, John Deere, and Case New Holland have been implementing effective and important projects in Turkmenistan.

The fuel and energy, as well as transport and communication sectors, were named among the key vectors for the development of cooperation.

As noted, Turkmenistan highly appreciates the attention and support of the US in creating transport and transit corridors along the East–West and North–South routes, as well as in constructing the region's promising transnational Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India (TAPI) gas pipeline.

Noting the existence of vast potential for implementing joint projects in the scientific and educational fields, the National Leader of the Turkmen people reaffirmed Turkmenistan's readiness to further combine efforts aimed at the comprehensive expansion of intercultural dialogue.
