On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of India, Ms. Draupadi Murmu, the Prime-minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, and the people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday – Independence Day.
