Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev and khyakims of velayats to consider issues connected with the course of work in the agricultural complex and regions of the country.
The first floor was given to khyakim of Akhal velayat T.Nurmyradov who reported on paces of seasonal field campaigns in the region.
As he informed, at present, in agricultural fields of the velayat, the winter wheat sowing proceeds. The agricultural machinery and equipment are optimum involved in the sowing campaign, grain growers are provided with high-quality seeds. The watering is carried out in sown fields to obtaining germination of seeds.
At the same time, due work is implemented to gather grown cotton in short terms and lost-free. With these goals, necessary measures are realized for effective operation of harvesting combines and other corresponding machinery and for uninterrupted reception of the collected raw material in places of reception and ginneries.
In the fields of the velayat, sown with autumn potato, vegetables, gourds and other crops, due care and harvest of crops are carried out.
He also informed on preparation for solemn events on the occasion of the glorious 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland.
Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined the significance of the well-organised implementation of ongoing seasonal agricultural campaigns, in particular, the wheat sowing and cotton harvesting and gave the khyakim concrete instructions to that end.
Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat R.Jumayev reported on seasonal agricultural activities held in the region.
He reported that at present, the wheat sowing proceeds, appropriate measures for an effective utilisation of specialized machinery and maintenance of agricultural manufacturers with high-quality seeds are realised. In the fields where the sowing campaign is over, the watering is carried out to obtain a good germination of seeds.
In addition, the cotton harvesting goes on in the velayat. The corresponding work is implemented to gather cotton without lost and in optimum terms, and to ensure uninterrupted transportation of the collected crop of "white gold» to ginneries and reception points.
Proceeding from target goals on the further strengthening of food abundance in the country, due care is taken of the fields sown with autumn potato, vegetables, gourds and other crops.
Due preparation is also carried out for the well-organised arrangement of cultural events on the occasion of the significant date - 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.
Summing up the report and having pointed out that at present, in the agricultural sector a responsible season proceeds, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the khyakim to take necessary measures to conduct the wheat sowing in accordance with agro-technical terms and gather cotton without loss.
Further, khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev reported on the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.
As he informed, in the velayat, appropriate measures are realized to carry out the wheat sowing within target dates, according to agro-technical standards and of high quality. In the sown fields, uniform germination is obtained. Besides it, in the areas intended for wheat, the vegetative watering is carried out.
At the same time, the velayat takes due steps to accelerate paces of the cotton-picking campaign, the gathering of grow crop of "white gold» in short terms and lost-free. Harvesting combines and other machinery are effectively involved in the harvest season. The reaped crop of the raw material is regularly transported to reception points.
At the same time, the region carries out due work to ensure best care of winter vegetables, gourds and other food crops and to prepare for the gathering of the grown crop.
In the velayat, due care is also taken of rice fields according to agro-technical standards.
In addition, he reported on preparation for festivities on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland.
Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan designated timely and qualitative conduction of the wheat sowing and the gathering of cotton grown by laborious work of the daykhan within deadlines and lost-free among priority goals and gave the khyakim in that connection a number of concrete instructions.
The working meeting proceeded with the report of khyakim of Lebap velayat Kh. Ashyrmyradov on the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region.
As he informed, with a view of qualitative conduction of the wheat sowing within agro-technical terms, the agricultural machinery and equipment are involved fully. For obtaining good germination in the fields, the watering is carried out.
In the velayat, necessary measures are implemented to accelerate rates of cotton picking and uninterrupted transportation of the collected crop to ginneries and reception points. The special attention is given to effective operation of agricultural machinery used in the harvest season.
Guided by instructions of the President of Turkmenistan on the further strengthening of food abundance in the country, in the region, due care is taken of crops of autumn potato, vegetables, gourds and rice.
At the same time, preparation for the well-organised conduction of cultural events on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of our native land is carried out.
Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked the importance of adoption of measures to carry out the wheat sowing according to agro-technical standards and the gathering of the grown crop of cotton in the shortest terms and gave the khyakim corresponding instructions.
Then, khyakim of Mary velayat B.Orazgylyjov reported on the course of seasonal agricultural work proceeding in the region.
He noticed that necessary steps are taken to carry out the wheat sowing of high quality. The agricultural machinery is fully involved in this responsible campaign and in the fields necessary work is carried out to obtain good germination according to agro-technical standards.
Effective measures are taken to speed up paces of cotton harvesting, the gathering of «white" gold in the shortest terms and lost-free. The great attention is given to maintenance of uninterrupted transportation of the collected raw material to reception points and ginneries, effective operation of cotton-picking combines, and motor transport used for transportation of the crop.
In addition, the velayat conducts the well-organized work to ensure due care of autumn potato, vegetables, gourds and other agricultural crops as well as the gathering of the grown crop.
In the fields sown with sugar beet, interrow processing, top dressing by mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering proceed.
The khyakim also reported on preparation for cultural events in the region on the occasion of the glorious holiday - the 35th anniversary of sacred independence of Turkmenistan.
Having heard the report, the head of the state pointed out the importance of the field campaigns developed now in national agriculture. In that connection, he instructed the khyakim to provide the high quality and well-organised conduction of activities held in agricultural fields of the region, in particular, the wheat sowing and cotton gathering.
Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on seasonal agricultural campaigns proceeding in the country.
As he reported, at present, in velayats of the country appropriate work is implemented to carry out the wheat sowing in the established agro-technical terms. Necessary measures are realized with a view of optimum involvement of agricultural machinery in the sowing campaigns and maintenance of grain-growers with a high-quality seed material. In the fields sown with wheat, the watering is carried out to obtain a good germination.
Besides it, everything necessary is carried out to gather the “white gold” grown by self-denying cotton growers in short terms and lost-free. Proper measures are also taken to fully involve agricultural machinery and to ensure uninterrupted transportation of the gathered crop to ginneries and reception points.
At the same time, with a view of fulfilment of instructions of the President of Turkmenistan on obtaining of a rich yield of potato, vegetables and gourds and other crops in the country, proper care is taken of food crops. Due work is also implemented to gather the grown crop and maintenance of the population with given produces.
In addition, according to agro-technical standards, in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats due care is taken of rice fields and fields of sugar beet in Mary velayat.
Summing up the report and having emphasised an important role of the agrarian sector in national economy, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet to keep control over the work on the further development of the branch and the strengthening of food abundance in our fatherland by means of regular increase in volumes of agricultural production.
Then, addressing participants of the working meeting, the head of the state drew again the attention to seasonal agricultural campaigns proceeding now in the country. In the given context, the President of Turkmenistan underlined the significance of conduction of wheat sowing in velayats at high organizational level, according to agro-technical standards with effective operation of specialized machinery and equipment, timely vegetative watering and adoption of necessary measures to obtain good germination in wheat fields.
Having made an emphasis on the cotton-picking season, the head of the state gave corresponding instructions to accelerate its rates in regions, to gathering the grown the crop in the shortest terms and lost-free with optimum involvement of harvesting combines and other machinery, ginneries and reception points during the campaign.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed to ensure due care of autumn potato, vegetable and other agricultural crops in velayats according to agro-technical standards and to take measures for the timely gathering of the grown crop lost-free. Besides it, he instructed to carry out proper and timely care of rice fields in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats and sugar beet fields in Mary velayat. The head of the state also instructed to timely settle accounts between manufacturers of wheat and cotton and service establishments and enterprises for their fulfilled work for the harvest of this year.
At the same time, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underlined the significance of thorough preparation for the 35th anniversary of independence of our fatherland in velayats.
Concluding the working meeting, the head of Turkmenistan wished its participants sound health, family well-being and big successes in their work.
