Noting that the traditional relations of friendship and brotherhood between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are characterized by a high level of mutual understanding and close cooperation, the Head of state expressed firm confidence that cooperation will continue to steadily develop and strengthen in the interests of both peoples.

Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, the Head of State addressed sincere wishes of good health, happiness and well–being to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and peace, further progress and prosperity to the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
