On the 27th of September, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan (RF) Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremonial parade dedicated to the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.
Following the official part of the event, the head of Tatarstan addressed journalists, emphasising the strategic and friendly nature of the ties between the regions of Russia and Turkmenistan. Rustam Minnikhanov noted rapid development of the country, changes in its infrastructure, and emerging opportunities for joint projects.
