Next month, the International oil and gas university named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev will host the International scientific and practical conference and exhibition «Digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity in science and education: modern directions of scientific and technological progress», as well as the International open internet olympiad.

This major forum aims to strengthen international scientific cooperation, develop the intellectual potential of young people, and implement the State program for the development of the digital economy in Turkmenistan for 2026–2028. Students, young scientists, and faculty from Russian and international universities will take part in the events.

Conference participants will discuss the implementation of artificial intelligence in education, research automation, and cybersecurity of information systems. As part of the online Olympiad on the IOGU digital platform, students will demonstrate their knowledge in programming, algorithms, and information security.

This series of events will be another step in expanding global academic dialogue, sharing experiences, and stimulating research activities among Turkmen youth.
