In recent years, young pupils of Honored coach of Turkmenistan in Greco-Romanian wrestling Rosy Rejepov are the frequent prize-winners of the largest competitions of international level. For example, at the recent Asian Championship among cadets in Kazakhstan, his pupil Suleiman Belliyev has become bronze winner in the weight category up to 100 kilograms. Shortly before it, Kiyas Esenov, who trains under the guidance of the same tutor, won the title of vice-champion (silver medal) at the Kazakhstan Asian Championship among youth in the category up to 84 kg.

Rosy Rejepov was entered into the history of development of the national sport movement as the first Turkmen sportsmen standard-bearer in the epoch of independence of our country at the World Summer Olympic Games. He became the captain of the first official Olympic team of Turkmenistan in 1996 in Atlanta, when the World Olympic movement celebrated its centenary anniversary since holding of the first Games, which became the main sport event on the planet. Nearly 20 years, he is a role model for many young successors of classical wrestling.

Training in Greco-Romanian wrestling only 2 years, one of his pupils – seventeen-year old S. Belliyev is already champion of the country among cadets and among youth, winner of the National sports contest of the current year and silver medalist of the Cup tournament of Turkmenistan – 2012 among adults. As for “bronze” success at the Asian Championship in Kyrgyzstan, it is his first performance on the international sport arena.

To opinion of R. Rejepov, Suleiman Belliyev – the athlete of natural gifts on whom already today we pine hopes not only for successful performance in the Fifth Asian Indoor Sport games and martial arts to be held in 2017 in our country, but also for winning of cherished voucher to Olympic Games-2016 in Brazil.

Also the tutor pins such hopes on twenty-year old Kiyas Esenov. Kiyas became bronze winner of elimination international tournament in Astana (Kazakhstan). According to the regulations of the contests, “permit” to the World Games was handed to the sportsmen, who won gold and silver medals.

It is worth mentioning that Kiyas is a member of junior group; therefore, he wrestled with adults on equal grounds in Kazakhstan for participation in the Olympic Games. He became champion of Turkmenistan among adults when he was 16 and since then, holds the leading positions in his weight category. For recent years, he is one of the best wrestlers on the international sport arena as well. Numerous awards, among which the most significant one is the “bronze” medal of elimination international tournament in Astana and silver medal of the recent Asian Championship among juniors in Almaty, are vivid evidence of this fact.
