The ITF 5th category junior tournament was held on the tennis courts at the Ashgabat Stadium with participation of over 100 sportsmen from Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
O the road to success, the 17-year-old leader of our team gained five victories. First A. Ernepesov defeated O. Boltabaev (Uzbekistan), and then gained the victory over A. Hergunvarim (Turkey), K. Abiev (Kazakhstan) and Ch. Hizlialp (Turkey). In the final A. Ernepesov defeated our compatriot I. Mamedkuliev coached in the Tennis Academy in France, who defeated S. Ayapov (Kazakhstan) in the semifinal.

Ayap/A. Nesterov and won the second place.
