At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, it was held a meeting with the delegation of the United States of America at the head of the Deputy Assistant of the State Secretary for South and Central Asia Mrs. Linn Tracy arrived in the Turkmen capital for participation in the International Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2012” and 17th International Scientific Conference “Major trends of oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan and international cooperation”.
The meeting participants spoke about successful development of bilateral relations, including interdepartmental interaction. In this connection, particular role was attached to the activity of the Turkmen-American Business Council in assistance to efficient organization of business meetings, forums and exhibitions.
Within the framework of the program of the visit of the delegation of the United States of America at the head of the Deputy Assistant of the State Secretary for South and Central Asia Mrs. Linn Tracy, it is also planned the meetings at the Government of Turkmenistan.

On behalf of the participants of the Finnish delegation, the guest expressed the interest of business circles of her country in cooperation in the sphere of oil and gas, etc.
