The Turkmen-Romanian business forum organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan was held in the capital’s “President” hotel.

Delegation from Romania, which included the officials and representatives of the large companies, arrived in Ashgabat. The representatives of the sectoral ministries, departments and national Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs took part in the business forum.

In the course of the meeting, being held in business and constructive clue, it was noted the readiness of the parties for further expansion of efficient Turkmen-Romanian partnership in the context of realization of agreements reached between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Romania Traian Basescu in October of the current year.

Upon completion of the plenary part, the work of business forum was continued in the format of bilateral meetings and negotiations between the leadership of the Romanian companies and representatives of the ministries, departments and entrepreneurial structures of Turkmenistan, where it was concretized the perspective trends of strengthening of businesslike partnership.
