Turkmen kickboxers won three medals at the Asian Championship in the Indian city of Pune. The Master of Sports Hudayguly Komekov won "Gold" in "Full Contact". He is engaged under the direction of the honored coach of our country and the President of Turkmenistan Kickboxing Federation Alexander Snagovsky. So two more medals: silver and bronze.
Hudayguly Komekov represents complex sports school sports committee of the city of Ashgabat. He held in the ring three brilliant matches; one of which our sportsman won by knockout. In the first quarterfinal battle Turkmen athletes met with one of the main contenders in the weight category up to 51 kilograms of Kazakhstani Nurdilda Yeraliev. During the hardest three level match, which took place with varying success, Hudayguly still managed to persuade "the balance" in their favor. Saying that now he is the one of the main contenders for the "gold".
This was confirmed by semi-final match. Here Komekov representative opposed the home team Veshvadzhi Sezi. Resisted a little more than a minute of the first round, after which the Indian athletes literally collapsed on the pavement on the exact impact Turkmen citizen in the case. One of them is IV Asian Sports Indoor Games and Martial Arts, to be held from June 26 to July 3 in the Korean city of Incheon. As you know, after this sports forum Games baton pass to Turkmenistan since V Asian Games held in 2017 in Ashgabat.
