The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) organize a seminar dedicated to the international experience in the sphere of diplomatic protocol at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Representatives of various ministries and departments of our country, public organisations, mass media as well as students of the Institute of International Relations were invited to take part in the seminar.

The reports delivered during the first days of the seminar focused on the advanced experience in conducting negotiations at various levels. The forum participants underlined its efficient and mutually beneficial character for developing efficient cooperation.
