Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus A.Kalinin visited Turkmenistan. During his stay in the Turkmen capital ranking guest was received by the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH) says during the meeting the sides discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, the huge potential for intensification of productive contacts in all areas.
As part of the exchange of views on the priorities of the Turkmen-Belarusian relations, the participants called for the expansion of the effective partnership built on an equitable, long-term basis. The subject of discussion was the issues of cooperation and the promotion of earlier intergovernmental agreements in the field of education. In this regard was expressed readiness to continue to establish a fruitful dialogue in this area.
