Consulate of Turkmenistan will be opened in Astrakhan. The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on it, having marked a goal of this step – further development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Russian Federation as well as rendering for population of effective services in the sphere of consular activity.
