The largest International Tourist Exhibition - ITB Berlin 2013 started in the capital of FRG. Among 187 countries, Turkmenistan also represents its potential in the sphere of industry of journeys and hospitality.
Nearly tens and a half thousands of exhibitors took part in the exposition. These are hundreds of colorful exhibition halls and thousands of stands, having expanded on the total exhibition area of 160 thousand square meters.
Turkmen stand became a showcase of the tourist and recreational potential of the country as well as placard of upcoming large events focused on expansion of cooperation in tourism sector of the country and other spheres. A part of information design of our exposition became the banners, announcing such events as the Turkmen Congress in Avaza in September 2013, Asiada 2017 and others, as well as specially prepared invitation-booklets devoted to the Turkmen Horse Day, Week of Culture in Avaza and other events, where foreign guests will take part in.
The development prospects on the coast of the Caspian Sea of the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” also attract particular attention of foreign tour operators and businessmen.
Within the framework of exhibition “ITB Berlin 2013”, it was envisaged rich program of seminars, presentations and “round table” meetings. The Turkmen specialists will also take part in them.
