International Conference “Oil and gas of Turkmenistan – 2013” has started its work in the United Arab Emirates, in the International Financial Center of Dubai – in the hotel “Ritz Carlton”. The forum was organized by the Ministry of oil and gas industry and mineral resources and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Besides the members of delegation of our country, the officials of the sectoral ministries of the UAE and Tajikistan, representatives of the largest international organizations as well as oil and gas companies of the world will take part in the forum. The representatives of Exxonmobil, Shell, BP, CNPС, Petronas, Dragon oil, Hyundai Engineering Co., LG International, RWE Dea AG, Wintershall Holding GmbH, Schlumberger as well as the US State Department are among delegates, which include over 100 companies from more than 30 countries.
The current event is the continuation of International Conferences of Turkmenistan held successfully in Singapore in 2011 and Berlin in 2012. Within the framework of the conference, it is carried on the negotiations of the officials of fuel-energy complex of Turkmenistan with the heads of famous foreign companies. In the course of these negotiations, it is discussed new possibilities of mutually beneficial cooperation. Tomorrow, the International Forum will continue its work.
