The meetings focusing on the approaches to building up business partnership were held with a delegation of Latvian industrialists led by Chairman of the Board of the Riga Shipyard, President of EiroHoldings Mr. Vasilijs Melniks during their visit to the Turkmen capital.

A lively exchange of views on the use of existing opportunities to promote bilateral mutually beneficial partnership took place during the meeting at the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources.

Emphasizing the interest of their companies in continuously enhancing bilateral cooperation with Turkmenistan that had demonstrated steady economic growth in recent years, the Latvian industrialists expressed their willingness to foster business contacts in priority areas of mutual interest.

The meetings at the State Service for Sea and River Transport and other departments are scheduled during the visit.
