Turkmen delegation has delivered to Islamic Republic of Afghanistan a cargo for inmates of children’s homes and schoolchildren in honor of the International Novruz Holiday.

Young inmates of children’s homes and schoolchildren received with sincere delight the gifts presented to them on behalf of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the upcoming Novruz Holiday - complete set of children’s sportswear, notebooks and confectioneries.

This ancient holiday reflects the revival, striving for good cause that is characteristic feature of the Turkmen people. Today, Turkmen state does the best for augmentation and enrichment of traditions of friendship and mutual respect between Turkmenistan and other countries, particularly with neighbors, including with people of brotherly Afghanistan.
