A new modern sports school designed for 365 young sportsmen opened in Jeihun settlement, the administrative centre of Dovletli Etrap in Lebap Velayat on the eve of the World Health Day. Nice and cozy sports complex was built by specialists of a private enterprise in compliance with the modern standards.

The solemn ceremony of opening of a newly-constructed building turned into a big holiday. Singers, musicians, artistic groups and young sportsmen demonstrated their mastership before the festively decorated building of the new school. Representatives of Velayat and Etrap Khyakimliks, public organizations, honorary elders congratulated local citizens on opening of a new school.

All necessary conditions for efficient training of youth and strengthening health were created in the new sports centre. The gyms are supplied with the most advanced equipment and centralized air-conditioning system. There are shower cubicles, wardrobes, rest rooms, medical station and rooms for coaches in the new complex.

There are all necessary conditions for organizing chess and checkers tournaments, trainings in the goresh national wrestling, box, tennis and mass competitions in the school. Young sportsmen can practice mini-football, basketball, volleyball and tennis at out-door playing grounds and tennis courts on the territory of the school planted with young conifer and foliage trees.
