The 5th round of the Football Championship of Turkmenistan among clubs of major league started with three matches in Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi.

In another match in the capital’s “Ashgabat” stadium, the football players of “Akhal” and “Merv” made a draw - 0:0.
The match in Turkmenbashi city, where local “Shagadam” played with “Balkan”, also ended in a draw, but with score 1:1. Finally, “Balkan” didn’t count up to points in the second match of the championship. However, it didn’t prevent this team with 11 points to keep the top of tournament score table. “Akhal” and “Merv” are a point behind the champion.
The 5th round of the national championship will be completed on April 27 with matched: “Altyn Asyr” – “Bagtiyarlyk-Lebap” and “Talyp sporty” – “Ashgabat”.
