In opinion of its participants, the current forum is the effective platform for exchange of knowledge and best practices in elaboration and implementation of the National Action Plans between the representatives of the state organizations, civil societies and international organizations from the Central Asia, Eastern and Western European countries.
As it was underlined, independent neutral Turkmenistan invariably comes out for constructive dialogue with the countries of the world community both in bilateral and multilateral format. At that, great significance is attached to the search and realization of new forms of interaction on vital problems of world policy within the framework of large international and regional structures. In this context, it was given concrete examples of efficient partnership of Turkmenistan with all interested parties.
Within the framework of the discussions, the experts from various states of the world noted that the National Action Plan is the principal instrument for coordination of actions in this trend between relevant parties. Concrete steps for attainment of certain goals outlined in the national strategy should be reflected in this document.
Its participants noted that the current meeting will make significant contribution to the elaboration of general approach to the strengthening of international cooperation in this sphere.
Forum will continue its work tomorrow.
