Turkmen-American Business Forum organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the US Embassy in Turkmenistan and Turkmenistan-US Business Council took place in Ashgabat.
The meeting held at the conference hall of the Turkmen State Institute of Oil and Gas brought together the government officials, representatives of sectoral ministries and departments and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The US delegation included the representatives of the US state business agencies, experts, and businessmen representing the world-known companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, John Jeer, Case New Holland, AgTech.
The meeting focused on the priority trends of the trade and economic cooperation including the oil and gas sphere and agro-industrial complex.
The US business held a number of meetings with the representatives of ministries and departments of Turkmenistan of the oil and gas and mineral resources industry, agricultural sector. The agenda of the meetings focused on the prospects on implementing high-tech joint projects aimed at further enhancing the mutually beneficial Turkmen-American cooperation.
