The Embassy of Turkmenistan is to open in the capital of Japan. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the relevant documents during the recent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. According to the Decree, the Embassy is to promote bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Adalat (Justice) are to draft the proposals on the introduction of the relevant amendments and additions to the laws and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for consideration within a month.
