Three matches in Ashgabat, Dashoguz and Mary on May 7 opened the 8th round of the Premier League Championship.

The holder of the Football Federation Cup of Turkmenistan FC Ahal and Shagadam from Turkmenbashi held the match at the Ashgabat Stadium in the Turkmen capital. FC Ahal won 2:1.

The 8th round was lucky for FC Bagtyyarlyk-Lebap that played with FC Dashoguz in the administrative centre of the northern region of our country. FC Bagtyyarlyk-Lebap won 4-1.

The 8th round of Turkmenistan Premier League Cup will finish with the match between MTTU and FC Altyn Asyr on May 8.
