In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat Khyakim R. Nurmammedov will be sent on an official trip to Incheon, the Republic of Korea on July 5-7, 2013 to participate in the ceremony of handing over the flag of the Olympic Council of Asia from Incheon to Ashgabat during the closing ceremony of the IV Asian Games.
