The four-day seminar on the practice of international in commercial arbitration organized by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan started its work at the President Hotel in the Turkmen capital. Its participants represent the government agencies of Turkmenistan, including the Mejlis, the Ministry of Economy and Development, the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Textile Industry, the Ministry of Justice, the State Agency for of Hydrocarbon Resources Management and Use under the President of Turkmenistan, the Turkmengaz State Concern, the Turkmennebit State Concern and others.
