A Turkmen schoolboy Gadam Myratgeldiev won a gold medal in the International Chemistry Olympiad held in Moscow, the Russian Federation.

More than 300 schoolchildren from 77 countries of the world participated in the intellectual contest. Four young Turkmen chemists represented our country at the contest. Gadam Myratgeldiev, a senior pupil of specialized secondary school 86 in Ashgabat, competed with the strongest rivals from various countries and won the highest award.
