Sport school for 365 seats was opened in the administrative center of Turkmengala etrap in Mary province.
In the course of the solemn ceremony, it was conducted the exhibition performances of the boys and girls on track and field, sambo, judo, rhythmic gymnastics and other kinds of sports. The best specialists of local private construction enterprise, who successfully coped with the task on construction of new building, received the valuable gifts.
New sport school replenished a series of similar facilities constructed within the last years in the rural out-of-the-way place of Murgap valley within the framework of “National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on reformation of social and living conditions of population of villages, settlements, towns of etraps and etrap centers until 2020”, being successfully realized in the country.
This school has spacious halls for organization of competitions on various kinds of sports, specially equipped halls, and halls for indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, and handball as well as chess and draughts tournaments. Good conditions were also created for training of sportsmen in aquatic sports – swimming pool with spectators’ stands. Whole building, including the rooms for coaches, referees, first-aid post, shower cubicles were finished with use of the modern building materials.
Planning of specialized school, including adjoining accomplished territory with sport grounds envisages the opportunity to hold trainings and competitions on various kinds of sports.
