On September 4-5, International scientific conference “Young scientists – uniting power of the world science and culture” will be held in Ashgabat. Forum under the aegis of the History Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan will be conducted in four sectional directions: cooperation of young scientists in the sphere of the humanities; attainments of young scientists in the field of exact sciences; development of medicine and biological sciences; method of training of scientific staff and innovative development way.
Today, it is actively prepared for this forum, which main purpose is the discussion of possible ways and means of involvement of the talented youth in scientific activity, covering of issues of support of the scientific researches of young scholars and popularization of their scentific activity.
Cooperation with the scientific and educational centers of the world is an important condition for development of science in our country. Bilateral contracts and agreements in this field are aimed at this. It is expanded the cooperation in all sectors of science with large international organizations and scientific centers of the United States of America, Canada, Russian Federation, China, Italy, France, Germany, Republic of Korea, Japan and other countries.
In the conditions of rapid growth of science and technique with orientation to the world processes and globalization of economy, a task on strengthening of national scientific potential sets before Turkmenistan. As far as in the modern stage the support and development of the Turkmen science was recognized as one of priority tasks of the state, it is necessary to increase considerably the role of science in preparation of managerial decisions, plans, prognoses of socio-economic development of the country. Modern, creatively thinking researchers are demanded for solution of these scale tasks.
