Turkmenistan President's Cup International Football Tournament will be held in Ashagabat and Kopetdag Sports Complexes in the Turkmen capital on September 10-20, 2013. The 19th tournament will bring together the junior teams (U17) from eight countries, including Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Belarus, Russia, Kuwait and Turkmenistan. According to the Resolution signed by the President of Turkmenistan, the tournament prize money is US$ 35,000.

The teams will be split into two groups. Two best semifinalists will compete for the main trophy. The winner will receive US$ 20,000 together with the President's Cup, the silver-medal - US$ 10,000 and the bronze-winner - US$ 5,000.
