Teams of Turkmenistan have won two more medals in the final day of III Islamic Games of solidarity that took place in Palembang (Indonesia).
An employee of one of subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Shohrat Orazgeldiyev (in weight category up to 52 kg) and a student of Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications Gochmurad Jumaniyazov (in weight category up to 65 kg) won bronze medals in contact single combat of sanda kind of wushu.
III Islamic Games of solidarity which took place in Indonesia Turkmenistan represented three kinds of sports as volleyball, weightlifting and wushu. It was won four medals. It will be recalled that Jasurbek Jumayev (in weight category up to 94 kg) and the 5th year student of National Institute of Sport and Tourism of Turkmenistan Hojamuhammet Toychiyev (over 105 kg) won the first two bronze medals in weightlifters’ tournament.
