The fourth meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Afghan Commission for trade-economic cooperation will be held in Kabul. Its work is urged to contribute to the development of partnership between Turkmenistan and Islamic State of Afghanistan.
According to the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country will be send on a mission to Kabul on December 15-18 for participation in the meeting. Today, at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the composition of the commission from the Turkmen party was determined by the Resolution of the head of state.
At the meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Afghan Commission, it is planned to outline major trends of bilateral interaction and measures on further expansion of the Turkmen-Afghan cooperation in the trade-economic sphere, fuel-energy complex, transport-communication sector, in the field of water economy and agriculture. It will be considered the issues on strengthening of partnership in the scientific-educational sphere and in the field of culture.
