Today, regular matches of the International Hockey Tournament for the Cup of the President of Turkmenistan were held on the ice arena of the Winter Sports Complex.
So, in the first match between “Shir” (Turkmenistan) and “Neftyanik” (Russia), the victory was gained by residents of Turkmenistan with a score of 5 goals to one.
Teams “Akademia” (Ukraine) and “Khazahmys” (Kazakhstan) have met in the second match. The victory was gained by the Ukrainian hockey players, having thrown 6 pucks in gates of opponents and let half in their gates.
On February 12, the teams of “B” group will appear on the ice arena of the Winter Sports Complex. “Galkan” (Turkmenistan) will compete with “Grodno” from Byelorussian city of the same name, and then “Atlant” (Russia) and silver prize-winner of the last year’s Tournament of the Cup of the President of Turkmenistan “Oguzkhan” will met.
