The matches of the international ice hockey tournament for Turkmenistan President’s Cup were held on the ice arena of the Winter Sports Centre in Ashgabat. As was reported, all three Turkmen teams - HC Sir, HC Galkan and HC Oguzhan were qualified for semi-finals ahead of schedule.

In the final match, HC Neftyanik (Russia) defeated 21-2 HC Kazakhmysom (Kazakhstan) and ranked the second in Group A. Thus, HC Neftyanik and all three Turkmen teams will continue to compete for the main trophy of the international ice hockey tournament in the semi-final.

HC Oguzhan will play versus HC Neftyanik on February 16, and HC Sir will compete with HC Galkan.
