He made speech before students on the topic “Germany-Central Asia-Turkmenistan: issues of foreign policy and security”.
The given education course has predetermined a live dialogue of the reader with future diplomats who have got exhaustive answers for their numerous questions given to the distinguished guest of the higher educational institute. The discussion was further developed upon such topics as cooperation of Turkmenistan and Germany in the spheres of economy, science, education, culture, heath, high technologies and others. There were discussed issues related with further perspectives of partnership of the sides –collective participants of the given meeting.

Two higher educational establishments of our country have been presented with books on the specialization of students on behalf of the American company ExxonMobil. Textbooks on mathematics and computer technologies were donated to the Turkmen state university named after Magtymguly and about thirty volumes of books on oil and gas including geology were donated to the depository of the library of the international university of oil and gas.
The library of the higher educational institute of oil and gas already holds a large volume of books donated by ExxonMobil, which has presented them when it was still at the basis of the polytechnic institute. In connection with its re-organization, these books have been by right transferred to the new higher educational establishment of the county- international university of oil and gas.
As was noted by the administration of the IUOG, from year t year the cooperation between the higher educational establishment and the large American oil and gas company grows and specialists of the company regularly provides work practice and apprenticeship for students and give lectures on oil and gas.
