Information- methodological seminar “Quantitative methods of economic analysis” organized by US Agency for International Development (USAID) in partnership with relevant departments of Turkmenistan takes place in Ashgabat.

Specialists of the Ministry of Economy and Development, Ministry of Finances, Central Bank, State Committee for statistics, Institute of strategic planning and economic development and others took part in three-day seminar devoted to various trends of theory and practice of international trade relations, including methodology of drawing up of intersectoral balances.

Agenda of the current seminar included both the theoretical study of more prospective concepts of development of macroeconomics and international trade as well as practical development of special computer programs for making economic models.
