The history of establishment and goals of the energy charter has become a driving feature of the lecture which was held in the Institute of International Relations of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan by Urban Rusnak, general secretary of this energy association.

As noted by the guest, modern realities dictate necessity of close multi-plan cooperation with a view to ensure reliable security of international delivery of energy carriers as well as to increase the volume f investment made in development of the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan.

The honorable guest of the Turkmen higher educational establishment within the framework of his lecture course attached a special attention to priority aspects of business partnership. The energy charter works with our country closely. According to the agreement of the energy charter, states signed to the given document, within the framework of establishment of more wide energy market, are also determined to conduct topical research projects, technological development, and to disseminate innovative solutions. The functioning contracts in the education sphere, namely organization of educational courses facilitate this greatly.
