Next matches of the third round among major league clubs have taken place at the football championship of Turkmenistan. High interest was attracted by match at the capital stadium “Kopetdag” between leader of the national championship – capital team “Altyn asyr” and acting champion of the country – the team of International Turkmen-Turkish university, the score of the match was – 1:1.

In another capital match the football players of “Ashgabat” team gained second in succession victory at the championship over “Dashoguz” team – 2:0.

In the administrative center of seaside region, where the owner of Asian football confederation President Cup “Balkan” team received the outsider of previous year championship “Talyp sporty”, the hosts has scored three unrequited goals, thus gaining second victory at the championship.

The fate of the match between “Merv” and “Bagtyyarlyk-Lebap” which has taken place in Bayramaly etrap, was solved by a single goal, scored by a penalty (1:0).

Thus, after three rounds “Ashgabat” and “Altyn asyr” teams took the lead at the championship, both having 7 points at their active. 1 point behind them comes “Balkan”, “Merv” and “Ahal”.

The fourth round of the football championship of Turkmenistan will start on March 25 with matches “Talyp sporty” – “Shagadam” and “Balkan” – “Altyn asyr”.
