A training seminar on the study of the international practice of diplomacy was organized jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) at the Institute of International Relations in Ashgabat. The seminar brought together the participants representing the Parliament, the Academy of Sciences, the Academy of State Service and a number of ministries and departments and students.

The seminar that will last for a few days will be an opportunity to learn about the international practice of conducting diplomatic dialogue, including such an important aspect as business negotiating. The international experts – the authors of modern training courses in this sphere will deliver review lectures.
