The master class “Cuisine of the 2017 Asian Games”, which had brought together culinary experts from 23 countries of the world in the Avaza national tourism zone, was closed.
The participants demonstrated the methods of cooking traditional foods of their national cuisines. These are delicious Uzbek and Tajik plov, tasty meat dishes of European cuisine, stuffed fish prepared by Russian chefs, Armenian delicacies, famous dishes of Ukrainian and Belarusian cuisine, beshbarmak of the Central Asian peoples, Azerbaijani dolma, exotic foods of the peoples of Asia and the Pacific, gastronomic splendour of Turkish cuisine and culinary delights from the United Arab Emirates, etc.
Tthe members of the delegations made presentations on the food traditions and practices of different peoples of the world.
