New sports school for 350 seats has opened in Serakhs. There are spacious halls for trainings and competitions on different sports kinds: volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, wrestling, and boxing are located in blocks of the school. There is also a separate training gym, premises for chess and draughts classes.

All conditions for going in for track and field athletics, football, tennis are created on open sports grounds. There are equipped first-aid post, dressing rooms and showers in the building. All sections of the sports school are equipped with all necessary equipment and sports inventory.

Representatives of velayat and city municipalities, sports committees, sportsmen, veterans of sports movement, honourable elders, youth, and residents of Serakhs took part in the solemn opening ceremony of the object.
