One of these days, during the period of conduction of the championship of Turkmenistan on cycle racing, a report-back election conference of the National cycle racing center of Turkmenistan has taken place. How Turkmen cycle racers prepare for the Asian championship among juniors and adults, that will take place in the period from May 20 to June 1, in Kazakhstan. Here the medals in two disciplines will be played – track and highway races. Present championship of Turkmenistan with the participation of representatives from Lebap, Dashoguz provinces and Ashgabat, has become one of the preparation stages to the Asian championship.
One more championship of Turkmenistan – on kickboxing – has started on April 25, in the administrative center of Lebap province.
Yesterday, on ice arena of the Sports complex of winter sports kinds a hockey tournament among juniors of 2000 year of birth and younger has started. 4 teams take part in the contests – “Shir”, “Oghuzhan”, “Burgut” and team of the Sports school of the State committee for sports of Turkmenistan. Winners of the tournament will be defined on Sunday.
