At the Turkmen Agricultural University, it was worked out innovative technology of cotton cultivation. Recommendations were worked out for introduction into production of this technology in different soil and climatic conditions of the country.

Specialists of the Turkmen Agricultural University also carry out scientific experimental researches on interconnection between nutrients of soil, fertilizers and plants with a view of establishment of optimal correlation of these substances in the soil. In the course of this activity, it is conducted numerous laboratory and field researches.


Results of the research work of young scientists of the higher educational establishment and students are covered in scientific reports, which are considered at the conferences devoted to the development of agrarian production. Authors of the best works traditionally participate in the state scientific contest, which is annually held under the aegis of Turkmenistan’s Youth Organization named after Magtymguly in honor of Science Day.

So, in this year, among winners of nationwide contest are five representatives of the Turkmen Agricultural University, who nominated for a prize their experimental research works. The tests were conducted in scientific-experimental farm of the university and in analogous structures in different regions of the country.
