Referee’s seminar on sports belt wrestling with participation of leading specialists of this kind of sports from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan was held in Ashgabat in school of Olympic reserve of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for sports. Forum will become one of stages of preparation for world championship on this kind of sports to be held from November 19 to 24 in the Turkmen capital and for upcoming in Ashgabat in 2017 of V Asian Indoor Games and Martial Arts.
President of International belt wrestling federation Ruslan Mahmudov, Secretary General of this sport organization Vener Gainullin as well as referees of international class Valery Fufachev, Askarali Kochkonov and Shovkat Zaripov arrived in Ashgabat for participation in the forum. In the course of seminar, the largest foreign specialists will familiarize its participants (coaches and leading sportsmen – belt wrestlers from all provinces of our country) with rules approved by International Federation of this kind of sports and activity of referee’s teams, servicing the large contests of international level.
In the course of seminar, our specialists have to test their knowledge in practice during open championship of Turkmenistan to be held from June 27 to 28 in the capital’s sport complex “Galkynysh”. Participants of the championship will compete for medals in male and female groups in three disciplines of sport belt wrestling – in classic and freestyle as well as in tournament on national wrestling “goresh”.
After championship, it will be conducted the analysis of actions of referee’s teams, and certificates from the International Belt Wrestling Federation determining relevant referee’s categories were handed to the most worthy referees.
